What floor plan options are available?
We offer two different one-bedroom/one-bath floor plans and four different two-bedroom/two-bath floor plans.
What is included in the monthly rent?
Rent includes one assigned parking space and access to the on-site fitness center.
Which utilities are included, and which are the resident’s responsibility?
Utilities are not included in the rent and are allocated and billed monthly.
Are apartments furnished or unfurnished?
All apartments are unfurnished.
What in-home amenities are included in each apartment?
Each apartment includes air conditioning, a dishwasher, and a microwave.
What laundry options are available?
Apartments include in-unit washer and dryer hookups, and there is also an on-site laundry facility available for resident use.
What community amenities are available?
Community amenities include a fitness center, WOW (Wellness on Wheels) area, and an on-site laundry facility.
Is there an on-site fitness center?
Yes. The fitness center is located on site and is equipped with a variety of workout machines.
Is there a community clubhouse or resident lounge?
No, the community does not have a clubhouse or lounge area.
Are EV charging stations or bike storage available?
Yes, EV charging stations are available. Bike storage is not offered.
Are co-working spaces or business centers available?
No, co-working or business center spaces are not available.
Do apartments include smart home or keyless entry features?
No, smart home or keyless entry features are not offered.
Are there outdoor community spaces?
No outdoor courtyard or picnic areas are available.
What recycling or eco-friendly features are offered?
The community offers recycling services and energy-efficient appliances.
How can I schedule a tour?
Tours can be scheduled through our website or by calling the leasing office.
Are pets allowed? What are the pet policies?
Yes, the community is pet-friendly. Breed restrictions apply.
Is renters insurance required?
Yes, renters insurance is required for all residents.
What is the application process?
Visit the floor plans page on our website, select your preferred unit, and click “Apply Now.” Please ensure pop-up blockers are disabled so the application link opens correctly.
What lease terms are offered?
All lease terms are 12 months. Short-term leases are not available.
Is there an application fee?
Yes. The application fee is $45 per adult applicant.
Are co-signers or guarantors accepted?
Yes. Co-signers or guarantors are accepted for applicants who do not meet the income requirements.
How can I pay rent?
Rent payments may be made online, by check, money order, or cashier’s check. Residents may also set up auto-pay through their bank.
Are there pet amenities on site?
The community is pet-friendly; however, pet-specific amenities such as a pet spa or dog run are not available.
Is there a pet deposit or monthly pet rent?
Yes. The pet deposit is $500 for the first pet and $300 for the second pet. Monthly pet rent is $35 per pet.
Is parking available?
Yes. Each apartment includes one assigned parking space.
Are guest parking options available?
Yes, limited guest parking is available.
How are utilities set up?
Electric service must be set up by the resident. Water, sewer, and garbage services are managed by the property.
Is the community gated?
No, the community is not gated.
Are there security cameras or patrols?
Security cameras are installed in common amenity areas.
How are emergency maintenance requests handled?
Emergency maintenance requests are handled through a dedicated emergency phone line for urgent issues such as water leaks or flooding.
What public transportation options are nearby?
Local bus routes are available near the community.
Which schools serve the area?
The property is located within the North Santiam School District.
What shopping and dining options are nearby?
A nearby shopping plaza offers a variety of stores and services just down the street.
What outdoor recreation options are close by?
Stayton offers nine local parks, providing a range of outdoor recreation opportunities.
